Toma Dartanian Ambury Farm Experience

Yesterday on a wonderful day, the year fives  went on a trip to the Ambury Park in Mangere. It took forever to get there. But finally we saw a sign that said Ambury Park and everyone got really excited  on the bus. Then we started to see farm animals then more and then more then finally we got there it was cool.

We went down to the barn and hung up our bags. Once we hung up our bags we went in and Debbie our guide started talking. Once she was finished we  had to do all little activity about  inputs and outputs on the farm. When we were finished we had to eat our morning tea and head off to the next activity.

After that Debbie took Room fourteen and some of Room eighteen to the milking shed. Once we got there I got excited to see a cow get milked, but it was a secret cow. Then it was milking time it was cool seeing the cows get milked. We got to walk up and see the cows and touch the them, it was cool.

Next we swapped sides and we went to the shearing sheds and we saw that it was full of sheep’s wool and sheeps kaka and it smelt. Once we went in we saw a lady her name was Janine. She was the one that sheared the sheeps bottom, so the files don’t lay maggot eggs, that kill the sheeps by eating through their skin.

In the end the year fives waited till the bus came and hopped on. Some kids went to sleep on the bus especially Dartanian. In the end I felt happy and tired at the same time and the same as my best friend Dartanian.

They heard  a funny sound and it was a zombies the two boy travelled back in time  so they can defeat the zombies when they went and saw that oki and mystery boy was all ready fighting.Then blonde said My middle names is pee-pee and he had I  little accident.

 They saw the Mystery boy was turning into a zombie  and growing  then a little dragon came and save the day by vomiting   on the lonie  monster.

The little Pig go in jail

One day there was a Mother who lived with her five little pigs and lived in a cottage. Every day she works at the pizza shop. At Corbrial Lane. Every day little pigs had to go to school but then the mother saw them that they were not a school and the mouse saw them and said hehemhem the mouse said and wanted to tell the mother.

Every time mother pig would come home from pizza working and said to the five little pig “Did you go to school today?”. “Yes mother”, they replied. She wanted to find out what did, so she spoke to the mouse who lived under the cottage.

And he said that they were going to the market and got hit by a truck and third  little pig went to jail for stealing meat because he was hunger an she new that they didn't went go to school and she punished them to go to school and lose some weight.

From then on the five little pigs went to school every day no matter what they always went to school.

On Saturday it was my sister birthday and I quickly woke up and said to her Happy birthday. When it was going to the night my mum Made my sister cake it was a chocolate cake and when I look at my sister was happy and when I was going to get the BBq .

The BBQ was heavy  and when my dad was getting the BBq  me and my mum started getting the meat from my dads job when we went to Jr we got and we rushed back and when we got back I had to carry it i had to go up the stairs and  lucky I  got it.

Then when we were getting the BBQ my dad chuck on some steak and cook then he cooked the chicken nibbles when he put it on flames were coming up when i saw it was cool.When my dad was cooking he said to me do you wont to cook and i said yep and when i started cooking i was getting burnt adn lucky we finished when we got the cake and saiad to my sister we sang happy birthday to you happy birthday to you  happy birthday to Nikita happy birthday to you and we had a big feed yummy  yummy in   my tummy.

The Wizard who tries to kill the smurf

One day a wizard called Gargamel and he was an old filthy wizard  and he was trying to catch the smurf. And suddenly he heard that the smurf was on Mount Everest and he was going there to capture them to eat them.

Suddenly the Wizard heard something it was the man called beard man. He said to him “every one that tries to climb Mount everest will die”. The man said “don't make me angry bring it” and they starting fighting.

When they were fighting the wizard said   “ela ca zam” and nothing happen and Edmund punch him and Gargamel  fell to the ground and he came back and said to him no one messes with the power of millions and  he got hit by his own spell. The Smurf thought that he was dead but he was still alive and one of the smurf got killed and papa smurf was sad and went to Gargarmel to trap him when papa smurf was going to meet with gargamel and papa smurf didn't come back and then angry smurf said he dead well lets go.

But when Papa smurf went to the village   angry smurf said “no papa is still alive why why did you come” back? you should have been dead no no no smurf i had a very talk with gargamel and then gargamel was watching papa smurf and that wasn't papa when  clumsy smurf said to papa i you alright and  then papa replied to clumsy yes i am and when clumsy went papa said to the mior leave them alone but then  Gargelmal  tazz him and “jokey smurf
laugh at papa hahahahahahah and laugh hahahahahahhaha” and when he laugh he got tazz as well and got killed.

Whale Watch

Max and the skipper boat called Makawhiu,Max was going offshore to see a whale Max war his dolphin necklace  for good luck,When the skipper got a call from another skipper they said that a whale was not far away.

Then he put a hydrophone in the water to see if the whale is coming,Then they heard no sounds and the whale might be sleeping.When they went further down they saw it come up to the surface for a breather and then it showed it back and everyone clicked there camer and Max  clicked the picture of the whale inn his head to remember the whale.

Skyway Shock

The ice bite was trying to cut the line  with his long sharp icicles and the cable got snaped and the broke and they holed on to handrail. When the ice monstrer got the cable snape every one was panicing and then they called there friend and on there kind of i pad or a phone when they called her she anserd and said to them wait there i will come and recau you3

Dartanian Antartica

A researcher is going throw the wind and ice. I think he is going toscott base. When he is walking he saw a cave and he went in and he looked in it. He saw it was empty then he went in it and sat down. The researcher tried to make a fire to keep him warm so he won't freeze.

  

When he tried  to put on the fire he couldn't make one because the wind  kept on blowing it and he tried and tried and he couldn’t. So he started walking,To find somewhere to live that was  not windy and cold and to find some warm thing to put on him.

He was walking and was going across ice and then the ice started to crack and when he saw that when it was going to crack he ran fast as he can but when was running the ice start to crack more and he slipped and he was down in the water.

Then he felt a touch and saw a emperor penguin the emperor penguin looked at him and then the  penguin went and he saw it catch fish and once he was finished eating he went and help him get back up to land then the man grab on the penguin and he swim as fast as he could and he got back up then when they went back up the emperor penguin gave him some fish then he went and cooked the fish up to survived.And then he saw some one and it was one of it friend and  then he ran and ran to him and they got back to the base.

This is my work from reading room fourteen has been studding about seal pups and we have been  doing this activity.

Dartanian Antarctica and the Arctic

The Antarctic is at the South pole and the Arctic is at the North pole. The Arctic and the Antarctic has both have seals and snow petrel.No won calls Antarctic home only the Arctic people call home people don't live in Antarctic because if you were in Antarctic  you will freeze to death but in Arctic it is not that cold but when it is summer the hole Arctic stars to melt down.

Antarctic is different to the Arctic because Antarctica is special Because because it is the  coldest continent on earth, and you can only find researcher. You can only find some of the leopard seal,large fish, crab eater seal,Skuas and other birds,Some of the birds eat little Emperor penguins but if they want to eat the adult penguins they will struggle to fit them in there mouth,and there come the second smartest animal in Antarctica it is the orca,some of the orca whales go hunting for other animals.

What is so special about the Arctic the Arctic is not as cold as the Antarctic because the Arctic people call home but in the Antarctic no one calls it home because if you live there you will die but if you were .in the Artic you will survive because there are Eskimo live there.

The Antarctic and the Arctic are very different because the Arctic have Eskimo and the Antarctic  doesn't and the Antarctic have seals,emperor penguin and adeli penguins and a orca but the Arctic have walrus caribou skuas owls and Eskimo.

Mother come back from there feeding and feed there child.

The mothers feed their chicks by bring there fish out to the kid.

Now it is time for the father to go out to sea.

Just before the father penguins hop in the water he sees a leopard seal.

Sadly, one of the penguins get caught by the leopard seal.

Antarctica is found at the bottom of the southern pole near New Zea land.A round Antarctica  is around the southern ocean.  Antarctica is the most driest and coldest continent in Earth.

No people will live in home in Antarctica only research because the researcher  to test the weather and see what they eat..Some Animals  survived   cold dry  weather Antarctic. These Animal’s penguins seals snow petrel which  are is a bird,

Antarctica is, split  in two main, areas, East Antarctic and, West Antarctic Antarctic was split up by trans antarctic mountains. East Antarctic 3/4 bigger, then West Antarctic.

Whales

Whale  have fat on it body because it is to keep it warm fat is called blubber is some like how we wear jacket it like but they are very heavy and they weight about like 25 Elephant.

Cup cake core sample

This morning I have been learning how to make a cup cake  core sample. We took samples from a cup cake and guessed what the core inside looked like. In real life geologisit take samples of what is under the land.
