IT was a good day for me as soon as i was watching tv at home my mum and dad were talking about something.My brother and sister were in the room playing on the laptop.I was wondering why isn't anyone saying anything to me so i just went to the kitchen and made myself breakfast.I had a sick feeling that something was wrong but i just let it go.

The next morning me my dad  and my mum went down to the garage and when we saw It was open and the lock was out. When we looked inside the garage we counted everything but 2 things were missing then I click on it was the bikes 2 of our bikes were missing. My mum called the owner of the house and told them people have broken In our garage this Is the 3rd time that someone's broken into our garage my dad was so angry. We had to lock the garage door.We made  locks and brought padlocks for the outside and inside.We started to take all of the things that could been stolen up into the sun room because we were afraid that someone else would come again. Now our sun room is packed.Then we went to every door that we could find and locked it with a padlock so no one will steal anything els .

I was worried about them stealing something again.And coming in the house.

What changed in term of his super powers?

Heat vision .Flying.Blowing air.Freezing.

Daily planet - his workplace...how does he adapt between his human workplace and being a superhero?He has to breath like a human act like one and be like a human.

Dartanian Explanation How to prevent youself from getting sick

Oh winter is here with winter comes with lots of sickness.Being sick is not nice for people that have a lot of family around them.It is important we look after our selves.Below are some ways from preventing yourself from getting sick.


One of the easiest ways of staying healthy is eating a balanced range of food. This means eating from the 5 food groups with a focus on fruits and vegetables. If you do that then your body will receive all the nutrients it needs to be in the best condition to fight off invading germs.

To prevent yourself from getting sick is to not share foods or drinks with other people.

This means not to eat other people’s food that they have   already put food in their mouth.If you put food in  your mouth and give it to someone then you’re spreading your germs. If you do this then you will will prevent yourself and will not have  someone  else  silvea grem in  your system + Germ.

Another way from preventing yourself from getting sick is to not touch public toilets.This means not to touch it with your hand if you do then you will have a lot of germs on your hand and you don't know what has been on that toilet seat.If you do this then you will defend the germs from getting to you.

This will help you and your family around you wont get sick that if you follow these  writing above.
