What is Weightlifting?

Weightlifting is when you lift up this metal circle with a metal bar . You always have to be careful when you lift it up weights so it won't drop on your neck!

How do you play it?

All you have to do is to lift up weights without dropping it. If your  drop it then your out of the game. Before you pick it up you had to put this chalk on your hand so it wont slip out of your hand and drop on you neck and Brake it off!!

The Rules?

The rule are you not to lift with one hand your sa pose to lift with too hands.And you not aloud to put it on your head and lift it up And you had to be 20 years and over if you are not 20 years and over then you cannot repeat.

How To Win!

IF you want to win weighting lifting you got to lift up all the weights you are the last man standing.

Commanwealth History

The Commonwealth games are called the  friendly games so when people win gold medals and silver medals they don't  rub in there faces.The first ever commonwealth games were first started in 1930 in Canada.People from 11 countries around the world were   sent to participate in the game they  were 6 games and 59 events and 400 people who went.The games are always happen every 4 years but in 1941 and 1946 the world war two was happening and  the games were canceled.

The games are changed from the past few years until the present and it name has changed a lot and there uniform has changed as well everything that you know has changed a lot!

Moby dick

In 1820 there was a huge shipwreck,from a the biggest whale it was about 32 meters long.The ship was called the Essex it was sailing through the pacific ocean.The whale banged the side of the Essex. It was a Whaling ship.

The ship sunk to the bottom and only 20 of the crew members survived. On the little life boats it was the biggest whale they have every seen .

The crew members were traveling on their small life boats and on of the crew members were so hungry. They shot the youngest person on the lifeboats and his name was Owen Coffin and he died. The crew members eat him. Three months later another ship found the survivors and took care of them.
